By using the website you agree to the terms of this privacy policy. BO Boots .com will not sell, loan, lease, barter or publish your personal information to a third party. Any information collected about customers through this website is used exclusively for the purpose of processing orders, improving the customer shopping experience, or to communicate with customers regarding BO Boots products and services and special promotions. We follow strict security procedures for the storage and disclosure or information you have given us in order to prevent unauthorised access.
BO Boots works diligently to protect the security of your personal information, including credit card information. All credit card transactions are handled by PayPal. PayPal is one of the longest running and most secure suppliers of payment solutions on the market.
When placing an order through the BO Boots website you are requesting an order. We will contact you first to confirm details before any transaction takes place, and we reserve the right to cancel your order prior to charging your credit card.
We take great care and will contact you regarding the size of boot you have ordered. We believe that if we communicate clearly how to measure your feet, and cross reference this with your shoe size then we can send you the perfect fitting BO Boot. It is the responsibility of you the customer to ensure that the correct size is ordered. However if the wrong size is selected please return the boot and we will replace it with the correct size when available. If we do not have the correct item we will offer store credit for the value of the boots.
The BO Boots .com website only accepts returns for the following reasons:
- Goods supplied incorrect size.
- Goods damaged prior to delivery.
- Goods with manufacturing faults.
- Goods supplied incorrectly.
- Goods that vary from their description on the website.
If for any other reason you are not happy with the boots supplied for any reason or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please let us know at info@boboots.com
Requests to return products must be submitted to us within 7 days from the date of you receiving your order. In cases where BO Boots is not at fault but a return request is approved, products will need to be sent back to BO Boots at the customers' expense.
Once the products have been received and verified by us, BO Boots will resend the replacement item or when appropriate give a refund for the value of the BO boots.
New Zealand shipping is Free. We use PBT Courier, please allow 1 - 3 working days for main centre delivery and 2 - 4 working days if you live in a rural area.
Australia shipping is Free. We use NZ Post Courier. Target delivery is 2-5 days. If you would like to use an urgent service, the cost will be additional.
